We offer our Care Homes specialist medications and services through our wide range of suppliers. Our primary aim is to provide a quality, care driven service and we will also endeavor to save your nursing home money through our innovations. SOUTHWEST PHARMA understands the necessity for specific dispensary services, therefore we have chosen not to provide a retail customer facing business model, which allows us to concentrate on the provision of an all-round service for Care Homes as well as our delivery customers. We will be working very closely with Care Homes to improve all aspects of health care, which we will be monitoring in order to meet the Best Practice Guidelines of CQC. Our aim is to support Care Homes to achieve a noticeable and measurable improvement in CQC reportable outcomes. We achieve this by providing CQC standard training & auditing, on time, to all of our Care Home clients. We monitor procedures closely to ensure all medical-related aspects are up to the CQC standards and we will assist our clients to improve and maintain a good CQC rating.
